A third generation foundry worker, Paul Huffman is president of Dominion Metallurgical (DOMET) located in Roanoke, Virginia. Domet is a full service engineering and supply organization, which specializes in the turnkey supply of cast, forged, and machined metal components to industry. A Metallurgical Engineering graduate of Virginia Tech, Mr. Huffman serves on their Industry Advisory Board, co-chairs the VT FIRE Steering Committee and is an Adjunct Instructor. Mr. Huffman is a member of the American Society for Metals and serves as Education Chairman and past director for The American Foundry Society Piedmont Chapter and is a past Trustee for The Foundry Education Foundation.
Prior to founding Domet, Mr. Huffman was the Plant Metallurgical Engineer for the Pangborn Division of The Carborundum Company in Hagerstown, Maryland, and the Plant Manager for Graham-White Foundry in Salem, Virginia.
